Rhoda Madson is the senior manager of content and communications. A former journalist, she leads storytelling efforts to advance Hamline's reputation and thought leadership with key audiences inside and outside the university.

Previously, she covered business and health care for newspaper chains in California and Minnesota before moving into content marketing and communications roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA and a master’s degree in journalism from USC. She joined Hamline in 2025.
