Phil Rudney serves as the Academic Operations Manager in the Provost’s Office, where he supports academic planning, budget operations, and process development across Hamline University. He works closely with division chairs, faculty, and administrative partners to streamline workflows, strengthen financial clarity, and enhance the university’s academic infrastructure. Phil plays a key role in Workday process coordination, cost-center management, and operational problem-solving. He is particularly interested in building transparent systems that make academic work easier for faculty and staff. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and staying active outdoors.
